Heartland Assisted Living is expanding, and we’re looking for several dedicated team members to join our growing family in Roberts, Montana. If you have a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you—no experience required!
Location: Roberts, MT
Schedule: Full-time & part-time shifts available
Pay: Competitive (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
Assist our residents with daily activities, prepare and serve meals, provide companionship and emotional support, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Care for our farm animals and garden. Help residents interact with animals and garden.
Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
No experience required—we will train you!
Those with experience in housekeeping, hospitality, and food and beverage preparation and service are encouraged to apply.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
Reliable transportation required
