Manifesting itself is taking something from your subconscious reality and bringing it into your conscious physical life.
You can manifest new habits, routines, lifestyles, bodies, businesses, & the list can go on forever.

It is very important to take the time before setting out these goals and manifesting this new life to:
1) Gratitude - Give thanks and praises show your gratitude and shout it out for the universe to hear.
2) Release - Let go of what has been holding you back from creating this new life you desire.
3) Set your tone- create systems and routines (rituals) that fortify what your are manifesting.
