To My Panda Bear,
Your first visit will always be one to remember. Your mom was very hesitant to bring you in and was unsure if you would trust me enough to treat you. When I walked in the room, we sat in opposite corners on the floor until you let me pet you. I did your exam from a distance and let you settle in. As your mom and I discussed your history, you got up and walked over to my upholstered chair where you then hopped up, curled into a ball, and let out a big yawn. Your mom was about to tell you to get down and I said, “leave him there, he looks content.” I did your entire treatment while you laid unphased in the cozy chair. And that was that, you trusted me from that day forward. Over the past three years, you were one of my favorites to see on my schedule. I will miss holding that big block head in my hands and laying on the floor to give you scratches. Rest easy, my boy, you will always be remembered.
