We are happy to announce the acquisition of Rochester Home Infusion, Inc. by Option Care Health (NASDAQ: OPCH).

We are thrilled to continue RHI's tradition of delivering excellent patient care, and with Option Care's leadership and national footprint, RHI will be able to make a difference in more patients' lives.

Option Care Health, based in Bannockburn, Illinois, acquired Rochester Home Infusion on Aug. 5. In 2014, Joselyn Raymundo founded RHI as the first Rochester-based business to provide intravenous medications and nutrition for patients to use in their homes or elsewhere.
