🥗 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 – Focus on lean proteins, healthy fats, fiber-rich veggies, and omega-3s from fish or flaxseeds to support heart function.

The bent-over dumbbell row is a powerhouse move for building strength and stability! Here’s how to maximize your results:

✔️ Hinge at the hips, not the waist. Keep your spine neutral, chest slightly lifted, and core engaged.
✔️ Keep your elbows close to your body as you row, leading with your elbows, not your wrists.
✔️ Control the movement—no swinging! Pull the dumbbells up with intent and lower them slowly.
✔️ Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top for full activation.
