If you are new to my page, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Jamie and I am a certified functional nutrition counselor in the Michigan area who helps clients get to the root cause of their symptoms and utilizes food as medicine.

I am a health and wellness expert with a background in human anatomy and holistic medicine. I assist my clients in enhancing their healing journey by finding balance between the mind, body and soul.

Between nutritional and herbal counseling, mindset shifting, and reiki healing, I help clients with digestive disorders and other chronic symptoms find relief and support they may not be receiving from doctors.
