BBL FAQ time ⚡️

Thinking about BroadBand Light (BBL) but not sure where to start?

Here’s what we get asked most:

❓What does BBL treat?
Sun damage, dark spots, redness, broken capillaries, acne and uneven tone anywhere on the body.

❓Is it only for the face?
No. BBL can be done on the face, neck, chest, shoulders, back, arms, hands and other areas with pigment or redness.

❓Does it hurt?
It feels like a quick snap similar to a rubber band with warmth. Very tolerable and fast.

❓Is there downtime?
Minimal. You may look pink for a few hours and dark spots will temporarily darken before flaking off in about 5 to 7 days.

❓How many sessions do I need?
Most patients see the best results with a series of 3 spaced about 4 weeks apart.

❓When will I see results?
You’ll start to notice clearer more even looking skin within a week and it continues improving with each session.

❓Where can I get BBL done?
BBL is available at our Rochester and Buffalo locations.
