Hello everyone 💛
I just wanted to pop in as we move deeper into the holiday season. This time of year always reminds me of what really matters: connection, slowing down, being present, and taking care of ourselves and the people we love.

I’ve been spending a lot of time reflecting on the families I’ve supported this year and the beautiful moments I’ve been invited into. Whether it’s holding space for a new mom, helping a family settle into their rhythm, or simply offering a calm presence in a busy season of life, every experience reminds me why I chose this path. It’s an honor I never take lightly.

If you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or even just dreaming about expanding your family one day, please know you’re not alone. There is so much beauty in asking for support, especially during a season that can feel both magical and overwhelming.
