It was the month I received the key to my very own private practice—a dream quietly growing finally becoming real. I spent every waking moment designing, shopping, and creating my space to represent who I am as a person and therapist. This month was inspiring and very exciting.

I began seeing clients.

Walking into this space, welcoming people in, and doing the work I care so deeply about has been both rewarding and deeply meaningful. Heatherstone Therapy & Wellness is no longer just an idea or a vision—it’s a living, breathing place of connection, healing, and hope.

I’m so grateful for every step that led here, for the support along the way, and for the trust of those who have already walked through the door. This is just the beginning, and my heart is so full. 🌿💜

Today was absolutely devastating for the Minneapolis community. This tragedy created children afraid to go to school and parents anxious to send them to school. Please educate your children and families in mental health and support any way you can.
