My approach is rooted in honesty, thoughtfulness, and a belief in the transformative power of compassion and connection.

Mental Health Services, Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Adolescent Therapy, Child Therapy, Telehealth Therapy, Supervision, Clinical and Non-Clinical Internship I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and discover their inner strength. With a Master of Social Work degree and a deep commitment to thoughtful, person-centered care, I specialize in helping clients address trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our lovable goldendoodle, who’s always eager to steal the spotlight. I find joy in walking through nature, crafting, tackling home projects, and trying new restaurants. My favorite moments include meditating on an ocean beach, savoring a good cup of coffee, and experiencing the beauty of nature as seasons shift from winter to spring. I am dedicated to helping my clients build resilience, find clarity, and move toward a life of balance and fulfillment.

Today was absolutely devastating for the Minneapolis community. This tragedy created children afraid to go to school and parents anxious to send them to school. Please educate your children and families in mental health and support any way you can.
