With a Master of Social Work degree and a deep commitment to thoughtful, person-centered care, I specialize in helping clients address trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. When Iβm not in the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our lovable goldendoodle, whoβs always eager to steal the spotlight. I find joy in walking through nature, crafting, tackling home projects, and trying new restaurants. My favorite moments include meditating on an ocean beach, savoring a good cup of coffee, and experiencing the beauty of nature as seasons shift from winter to spring. I am dedicated to helping my clients build resilience, find clarity, and move toward a life of balance and fulfillment.
