Happy ! Completing residency training is hard work, critically important work, but really hard work. It’s fun to think back to my time in training and the friends I still have 20 years later.
Residents & Fellows: You are doing great work! We are proud of you!
It’s hard and I know I’m not alone in saying please reach out if you are struggling or questioning your career choices. We are all in this together.

Please beware of baby products. Data out showing there were 50 infant deaths after the reclined sleeper recall. and the are great resources to help ensure you have safe products in your home.
Babies are safest when they sleep flat on their back, on a firm mattress, without toys or blankets in their sleep space. That’s why I say when it comes to baby sleep.

Vacation is over!
I have a few days before I return to clinical work, but this week I have the honor of presenting the Richard Ham Memorial Lectureship.
