Measles spreads fast and is extremely contagious... but after children receive the MMR shots, their immune systems can spot measles, mumps, and rubella. So if they are exposed to these germs, their bodies will be ready to resist.

As measles cases continue to climb, it’s more important than ever to ensure kids are up to date on their vaccines. Pediatricians are always ready to talk with parents about the MMR vaccine if they have any questions.

Hand, Foot & Mouth is making the rounds! 💦👶”
It’s common in little ones—especially in the fall—and while it looks alarming, it’s usually mild and goes away on its own. Here’s what parents should know:

🩺 HFMD Quick Facts:
• Caused by a virus (not from animals or “dirty hands”) 🦠
• Spreads through coughs, sneezes, drool, or diaper changes 🤧
• Symptoms: fever, sore throat, and small blisters on hands, feet, or mouth 🌡️
• Most kids feel better in 7–10 days ❤️
• Keep them home until fever-free and drooling has improved 🏡

Encourage rest, fluids, and soft foods—and call your pediatrician if your child isn’t drinking well or seems very uncomfortable.
