Donna Durham, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, from Made and Matter Counseling in Brentwood, TN, returned again to this week's episode to share in part three of a four-part series.
Today, Donna relayed what it was like as a teen, young adult, and then middle-aged adult, traversing further phases of life with a severely and persistently mentally ill parent. Donna offers the process of gaining conservatorship over her ill parent out of necessity, a sub-topic also not previously touched on in prior Rog's Corner programming. Her personal journey to becoming a therapist, helping others, is also shared in this in-depth episode.
