For years, fall meant:
-More exhaustion
-Mood swings that came out of nowhere
-Weight gain I couldn't explain
-Feeling disconnected from my body

I'd push through. Drink more coffee. Force myself to maintain my summer routine.
And my body would rebel - harder each year.

My go-to:

It’s my secret weapon on busy days when I need to stay sharp, satisfied, and not rummaging through the pantry 30 minutes later. Here’s why it works:

🥛 Greek yogurt – 15-20g of protein to stabilize blood sugar + keep you full
🌱 H**p hearts – Complete plant protein + omega-3s for brain function + inflammation support
🫐 Berries – Antioxidants + fiber without the sugar spike
