Good morning everyone! I am excited to share that I have begun my course work for the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine diplomate. As Chiropractors we are experts in NMS systems, so this 300 hour diplomate just builds onto that.

This diplomate and the rigorous requirements that I have to achieve to earn this, will only make me a better chiropractor. I am looking forward to adding to my toolbox and learning different ways to approach patient's conditions.

What a beautiful day. Adjusting from 7:30-noon, then 2-6pm. I am also going to try out a gym here in Byron and see how a lunchtime workout goes. If anyone has suggestions for the Byron/Oregon area for gyms, please DM or leave a comment.

AMR is happy to announce our partnership with Marquette Elementary School, to help raises funds through shoe donations. Please bring in new and gentle used shoes to our clinic so they can be collected and donated for a great cause.

With all the sitting we have been doing since COVID and working from home, most of out cores have weakened. Here is a nice 4 week routine to strengthen our cores and if you have low back pain, these exercises should relieve some of the pain. Have fun
