Come learn the physical practices of yoga in this weekly class. Getting a better understanding of how to safely and effectively practice yoga, students will break down the anatomy and alignment of postures.

Do you wish you had less body aches and more energy? Yoga is a great way to improve both your physical and mental health. We are offering Yoga classes this fall in both Richmond and Scotland County. Yoga will be held at the Robinette Buidling Aug. 15 through Dec. 5 on Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m.; class will meet at the Morgan Center Aug. 20 through Dec. 10 on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. To save your spot, call (910) 410-1700 or visit our campus to register.
