This guide is designed to help schools and community organizations imagine, plan, and build school garden programs that truly fit their students, schools, and communities — not a one-size-fits-all model.

• Tips for engaging schools and families
• Garden planning considerations (space, scope, and sustainability)
• Cost basics to help you get started
• Real-world lessons learned from years of school garden programming
