Before you jump into Dry January, 75 Hard, or a 21-day “fix”… pause. 🚨

If you’re doing Dry January for awareness or sobriety?
👏 Powerful. Intentional. Respect.

But if you’re doing it for fat loss or a full January overhaul, I have one question:

👉 Then what?

February.
Holidays.
Weddings.
Stressful Tuesdays with drive-thru dinners.

Because extremes usually lead to:
• Short-term discipline
• Long-term burnout
• Regain + “I fell off”

If something only works when life is calm, perfectly scheduled, and boring…
It won’t work for real life.

That’s not discipline.
That’s a temporary personality shift.

Sustainable fat loss comes from systems you can repeat when life is busy, social, and imperfect.

Winter hits differently.
Cold mornings. Dark nights. Busy schedules. Holiday plans everywhere.

If your motivation to get to the gym or hit your steps feels lower right now — that’s normal.

This season isn’t about going all-out.
It’s about doing what you can and enjoying life too.

✔️ Some days you train
✔️ Some days you walk a little less
✔️ Some days you enjoy the cookies and festive cocktails
✔️ Some days you rest

Motivation comes and goes it is the habits that carry you through.

And remember movement doesn’t have to be long to count.
If all you have is 15 minutes, that still matters.
A short workout, a quick walk, a little movement to get the body going that counts.

Consistency doesn’t mean perfection, especially in December.
It means showing up in ways that fit the season you’re in.

Enjoy the holidays.
Move when you can.
Don’t quit just because it feels harder right now.

There was a time when the only six-pack I cared about was the one with the blue mountains on the can.
Dadbod, Coors Light, weekend naps, and “I’ll start Monday”… that never started.

Then one day I realized my kids deserved to see the BEST version of me, not the comfortable one.
So I traded couch time for gym time.
Late-night snacks for early nights.
Excuses for results. 💪🏼

It wasn’t quick or easy, but step by step I built a stronger, healthier, more present version of myself.

From out of shape to in shape.
From six-pack cans to actually chasing a six-pack.
From “someday” to day one.

In January 2020, everything shifted for me.

Before that, I was juggling life, motherhood, work, and squeezing fitness into whatever minutes were left…doing “more” but getting nowhere.
Hiring my first coach was the decision that changed everything for me. 💪🏼

That’s why January means something to me, it was the month I finally chose myself. 🤍

Most people start strong, but by March, they quit. Not because they can’t, but because the journey gets messy and uncomfortable.

That’s exactly why I created the New Year New Fire Challenge 🔥 (launching Jan 5th):
To help you keep going when hard seasons show up… because that’s where real transformation actually happens.

These last years have brought so many chapters…rebuilding, healing, leaving a career I thought I’d stay in forever, and choosing myself again and again. Through all of it, one thing stayed true:

You are not behind.
You’re not failing.
And you don’t have to quit right before your breakthrough.

This year, choose you and don’t stop when it gets uncomfortable. This is the year you choose yourself and never look back. ✨
