Open Position:
A permanent position with our nonprofit client needs at the Senior Accountant level. We are looking for hands on individuals who can manage everything from the grant accounting, audit and monthly close. Responsibilities include:
1. Perform all tasks related to the complete accounting process, including journal entries, month end close, general ledger maintenance, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll
2. Nonprofit compliance including A-133 and Form 990
3. Perform all tasks related to nonprofit accounting and grants management for unrestricted and restricted funds
4. Budget forecasting

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of accounting experience
2. Previous experience with a nonprofit organization
3. BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
4. Experience with Excel and other MS products required.
