The holiday season can be a tough time to navigate sobriety because old habits often resurface in familiar settings. Consider new habits to strengthen your recovery journey.

1. Use your support systems: Attend meetings, connect with sober friends, or text a trusted accountability partner before and after events.
2. Consider healthy coping tools: Journaling, meditation, or quick nature walks when stress starts to build.
3. Set Intentional boundaries: Saying
"no" to events that feel unsafe or leaving early if you need to.
