Bailey Dollgener
Patient Coordinator/Scheduler
Bailey has always had a passion for customer service. Starting out bagging groceries at sixteen, she worked her way up to the customer service counter at Brookshires in Forney, where she grew up. Right after high school she pursued a reception position in guest relations at the beautiful Hilton Dallas-Rockwall Lakefront. These opportunities helped her gain experience and confidence in customer service, and prepared her perfectly for where she is today.
Joining Eyecare Rockwall originally as an Optometric Technician, Bailey excels in patient care, providing an indisputable side of joy, as she offers a helping hand to every patient. Whether it’s over the phone or being the first face you see when you enter the office, she strives to give everyone a positive customer service experience. Bailey is an outstanding employee and always lends a helping hand to our patients and her co-workers. She thrives on multi-tasking and enjoys learning something new every day.
Some of her favorite things to do outside of work are reading, attending live music events, dancing with friends, being outside in nature, and spending quality time with her loved ones and her dog LuLu.
