I started my health journey in early May. It started with focusing on gut health and a calorie deficit. And lots of water! Three months ago, in June, I hired a personal trainer. I’m almost 50 with bone on bone knees and I was headed for knee replacement! Today was my last session of that first round of three months of personal training…and I’ve already signed on for another three months. 💪

In just 12 weeks I’ve:
• Squatted almost 100 lbs
• Pulled 145 lbs off the rack
• Leg pressed 200 lbs
• Held nearly 90 lbs for close to a full minute
• Cranked out 23 tricep dips in a row
• And gone up on just about every single exercise we do

The numbers are awesome, but honestly, the best part is how strong I feel — in my body and in my mind. I’m not the same person who started this in June.

So here’s your little reminder: if you’ve been thinking about starting, just do it. Consistency adds up. Strength builds. And you’ll be shocked at what you’re capable of.

And if you look closely you can see my baby callous 🤣🤣
