These virtual sessions will include accountability support, videos, music, and some art projects for a fun and interactive hour; curated to keep momentum going, support through barriers, and celebrate your new self-care practices!

Exciting news!! Please help us welcome Whitney, our new MSW Intern to the Respira team! We are thrilled to have Whitney join us and enhance our ability to support even more families in the community.

Her lived experience has fostered her passion for creating safe spaces where clients can feel seen, empowered, and find their voice again. These values align beautifully with Respira's mission of offering inclusive and healing spaces.

She is now accepting clients at a sliding scale private pay rate with evening and weekend availabilities!

Know of any families that can benefit from skill building support to grow closer and better manage the school year stressors as a team? Middle school and high school is tough enough, having a strong support system keeps them tougher. 😉 We have a day of workshops with fabulous vendors to help!

A Back to School Summit for both parent and child(ren) to gain more than just back to school supplies. Join us for a day of workshops designed to help with boosting confidence, mood regulation, communication skills, time management tools for the family, healthy routines and more! Participants will receive lunch, hands-on activities, and take-home self- care kits that support skills and tools learned.

To support families prepare for a successful school year, we are offering a day of workshops for Parent & child focused on skill building, healthy habits, relationships, emotional regulation, and more. Parents leave feeling more prepared to support your child and (pre)teens leave feeling more empowered to tackle the new school year.
