I’m really excited to share these dishes with you tomorrow to begin our Wild + Cozy Lunch Series.

While we were finalizing the month of menus for our Wild + Cozy Lunch Series, Josh kept getting an inkling to go looking for Mushrooms. Everywhere he went we found beautiful, fresh Oyster Mushrooms. What a gift!

🍄‍🟫 So, we moved our Week 4 Soup, to our #1 Spot because what’s better than using this fresh abundance inspired by the world around us! Believe me when I say this Soup is Delicious. I am not a mushroom girlie when it comes to food (albeit they’ve grown on me over these years) but THIS Soup is craveable and completely vegan. I am so excited to share this Wild* Mushroom + Caramelized Onion Chowder with you all.

Thank you for making something so truly comforting and delicious.

🍊 We have gathered up all of the Heirloom Citruses we could find… Pomelos, Cara Cara, Navel and Mandarins, cut them into disks and placed them atop a bed of Organic Baby Spring Greens with slivers of red onion and a Figgy Fire Cider Dressing to adorn, garnished with pomegranate arils and crunchy green edamame.

We will be serving Coffee, Hot Teas and The Nomad tomorrow. The Nomad is made with organic orange juice, sparkling water, organic elderberry syrup and wellness drops of choice.

We love seasonal comfort foods in the winter. We love to cook and create, but we also LOVE to honor this slowing down, this rest and the slow energy of our home throughout these Cozy Winters. Thank you for meeting us there and supporting our small adventure through this season.

Even if you don’t want your portion for lunch, come by and get a Cozy Combo from us for a delicious dinner while nestled into the couch reading your favorite whimsical adventure. It’s just fine reheated over the stove.

🍲 We’re kicking off our Wild + Cozy Lunch Series this Friday & Saturday at The Hive in Downtown Rome!

There’s nothing we love more than a really great pot of soup — the kind that’s meant to be shared, talked over, and finished with warm hearts and full bellies.
With cozy season officially here and a beautiful bounty of wild oyster mushrooms, we’re kicking off a new Wild + Cozy Lunch Series at The Hive.
For the next four weeks, we’ll be serving a rotating, plant-based lunch to end the week, starting this FRiDAY and SATURDAY with:

🍄 Wild Mushroom, Kale & Caramelized Onion Chowder
Deep, savory, and slow-simmered for chilly winter days.
🍊 Bright Winter Citrus Salad
Fresh, crisp, and seasonal — the perfect balance to a cozy bowl with an in-house vinaigrette.
Served hot in compostable to-go containers, made to enjoy here or take with you.

Happy New Year, Loves! Like many, one thing running through my mind is a reset and cleanse for this body of mine! Starting the year off as optimally, as possible. Im puffy from the holidays and really want to address some symptoms that I feel like would truly benefit from a RESET!

Be on the Lookout for More Information regarding our January Juice & Broth Reset! Comment "Juicy!" for Link to Support Group and Info! This year we have added our Natural Warriors extract with Clove, Black Walnut & Wormwood to our repertoire as a Parasite Detox and 100% personally plan on utilizing this after the Reset. We are in exploratory stages of what it really looks like to support the body through a Parasite Detox. We will have juices and some togo foods for Veganuary available daily during our Open Hours this month and will be posting that schedule and menu next week after our meeting.
