Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: In-home, schools, community settings, or via telehealth across New Jersey

Reports To: Clinical Director

✨ Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians

Collaborate with families, schools, and caregivers to promote skill development

Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions

Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and company policies
