DEEP INNER RESET calls your name as we close in on the last spots for the Retreat in South Tyrol with the Dolomites looking over us as we breath, move, eat + play. ⛰️

We will get fresh air, have the most luxurious yoga + wellness practices, dip in the pools, have slow-food from the mountains, read, have tea (and cappuccinos), hike on trails, stop at cozy shops and bistros….
