Mobility is not optional, it is essential. As we move into the new year, make it a goal to start moving every day. Do not get discouraged by the advanced mobility or stretching routines you see online. Flexibility and strength are built through small consistent steps. You do not need hours. Even 10 to 15 minutes of hip mobility and stretching each day can change the way your body feels and functions.
