It is my passion and mission to empower women to experience their uniqueness and live a life with purpose. Over the last 30 years I have been deprogramming the trauma, beliefs, and self defeating patterns that were given and taught to me. It hasn't been easy. However, I have found a way to consistently and confidently move through and overcome the things that held me back in the past. The tools I have used are the tools I love to teach others how to use. As a master trainer in Adverse Childhood Experiences and an expert in Trauma-informed Interventions, I am dedicated to equipping clinicians and individuals with the latest research and evidence-based practices.
