If they feel they were promised something and I have to eat some operational costs to deliver it (even when it wasn’t promised) I’ll deliver it to make them happy. Hard lesson I’ve learned, you CANT over communicate to your clients. Go ahead and try. If you need to you can dial it back but I’ve found people APPRECIATE being communicated to by their service provider. So go ahead and just try to do it too much.

This tree sadly had a lot of fungi and rot in its main trunk. This tree overhung a main thoroughfare so it provided a high potential to hit someone/something were it to fall. Nobody wanted that!

This is a prime example that although we don't enjoy taking out beautiful large trees, we do enjoy making our neighborhoods safe and creating a safe environment, without fear, for all of us to live in.

This is also why proper tree care is SO important! If the tree surgeon had not made such very large cuts years ago right at the trunk, and had allowed for some leeway and cut it about 4 or 5ft back from the main stem, the rot may not have set into the main stem, allowing ample fungi to take hold, and the tree may have been able to be salvaged.
