If you’re the one in the tree every day, you don’t own a company — you own a job.

You can’t build systems, train leaders, or grow revenue while you’re strapped into a saddle. Step out of production. Build the crew. Lead the operation. That’s how you scale.

This is why I don’t do big removals anymore. My buddy (different guy) also said he could do this in one day with no crane. I’d rather do trims.
