I've written a book.

Some of you have been following my journey for years — through my cardiology training, Holistic Heart Centers, the podcast, and the weird medical saga I went through starting in 2018 that fundamentally changed how I practice medicine. All of it ended up in a book called Longevity Decoded.

It's the book I wish I'd had before I got sick. It's the book I wish my patients had before they walked into my clinic. It's for anyone who's looked at the extreme protocols and six-figure longevity clinics and thought, "there has to be a better way."
