Todays Black History fun fact is Aletha Gibson. Who is that you say? She is the woman that created the path for Serena and Venus. Aletha is the first African American to win a Grand Slam ever in singles tennis in 1956. She won a total of 11 Grand slams in her career. Let’s not forget her and may she Rest In Peace.

VALENTINES & SUPER BOWL WEEKEND!!!!! So for all my lovers out there you can make Valentine’s Day cookies and place them as a super bowel dish. It’s my Self Care Saturday and I love baking 😍🥰! Recipes is as follows for both brownies and cookies Happy Valentine’s Day and hope your team wins the Super Bowl this Sunday. Recipe. Cookies 1 cup of unsalted butter, cold 1 cup of light brown sugar packed 1 cup of granulated sugar 2 large eggs room temperature 1 &1/2 Tsp of pure vanilla extract. Few drops red food coloring 2&1/2 cups all purpose flour 1&1/2 Tbsp unsweetened coco powder 2tsp of cornstarch 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp of salt 2 cups of chocolate chips more for topping’s. Brownies 10 Tbsp of unsalted butter. 1 &1/4 cup of granulated sugar 2 Tbsp coco powder 1 large eggs room 1 large yolk *discard egg white 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. Few drops red food coloring 1&1/4 cups all purpose flour 1tsp of white Vinegar 1 /4 tsp of salt 1 cups of chocolate chips more for topping’s
