It’s not a vibe, a phase, or a branding choice.
I don’t “do” healing work.
I am the work.

I came here to carry the codes — the heaviest ones.
The ones no one wants to touch: depression, addiction, trauma, mental illness, abandonment, survival templates and fear
Not to suffer, but to transmute them.

That means I don’t bypass the pain. I sit in it.
Sometimes for days.
Sometimes it looks like crying, bleeding, vomiting grief into the Earth.
That is the work.

It’s never been about performing.
It’s not about how many followers, how aligned my outfit looks, or how “high vibe” I sound.

To purge.
To clear.

When Niagara Falls flows at full force, it moves about 60 billion gallons of water per day.

This past week, Texas received double that — over 120 billion gallons of rainfall in a single storm.
Water carries memory. Water receives and transmits information. As Dr. Masaru Emoto taught us in The Hidden Messages in Water, our emotions and words imprint themselves onto water’s crystalline structure.

That means this isn’t just a flood — it’s an activation. An opportunity to infuse the land, the collective field, and our own bodies with new codes.

Antar Naad Mudra for Full Moon
It is a key to opening the flow of Kundalini energy.
It brings peace, security, and the wisdom to make the right choices in life.

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Bring the palms together in Prayer Pose at the Navel Point.
Mantra:
Sa Ray Sa Sa, Sa Ray Sa Sa, Sa Ray Sa Sa, Sa Rang
Har Ray Har Har, Har Ray Har Har, Har Ray Har Har, Har Rang
Recommended recordings for the correct rhythm are by Guru Shabad Singh or Nirinjan Kaur.
Movement & Mudras: As the mantra starts with Sa Ray Sa Sa start to bring the palms up the center front of the torso, about 4·6 inches in front of the body.
As you pass the Heart Center, begin to open the hand mudra to make an open lotus by the time the hands reach the level of the Brow Point.
The open lotus has the base of the palms together. The little fingertips touch, the thumb tips touch, and the rest of the fingers are spread open.
As the mantra begins Har Ray Har Har turn the fingers to point down, with the back of the hands touching.
It is a reverse Prayer Pose. Slowly bring this mudra down the chakras in rhythm with the music until the fingertips reach the Navel Point on the sounds Har Rang. Then turn them around and begin again.
