We opned our doors to see patients and had a strong start. We’re so grateful for the warm welcome.

We are located at 780 W. Broade St, Suite 115 (near H-E-B).

We offer insurance-based primary care, Direct Primary Care memberships for uninsured or high-deductible patients, medical weight loss, Botox & aesthetics, PRP therapy, focused shockwave for ED, work and DOT physicals.
