It’s Feel Good Friday…
but make it “Good” Friday.

Yeah… that kind of good.

Not everything I’ve been through made noise.
Some of it was silent.
Private.
Between me and God.

But even there…
He was working.

Holding me together in ways people couldn’t see.
Making a way when I didn’t have the strength to.

So this isn’t a loud praise today—
just a sacred, grateful acknowledgment

of what He’s done for me. 🤍

And if you really think about it…
this is what it means to

move.
be moved.
move others.

Starting therapy doesn’t mean something is “wrong”—it means you’re ready for something more. ✨

In this reel, our intern Sabrina shares a few gentle reminders about why people begin therapy—from wanting clarity, to feeling overwhelmed, to simply needing a space that’s yours.

Therapy can be a place to:
🌿 slow down and reflect
🧠 understand your thoughts and patterns
💛 feel seen, heard, and supported
🌱 grow into the version of yourself you’ve been becoming

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start—you just need a willingness to begin.

Sometimes we’re taught that putting ourselves first means we’re being selfish. The truth is that taking care of your mental and emotional well-being is a healthy and necessary part of life. When you take care of yourself, you’re better able to show up for the people and responsibilities that matter to you.

Feel Good Friday 🤍

After a full day, I move what I carried.

Grateful for the spaces I hold—and the way God meets me in movement.

Keep waking up….mornings will come.

If today feels like a “just get through it” kind of day…
Here’s your reminder: small acts of care are still progress.

Sunlight. Comfort. Nourishment. Reflection. Boundaries.
You’re doing better than you think. 🤍

Burnout doesn’t always look like stopping… sometimes it looks like pushing through when your body is asking for rest.
If you’ve been feeling off, exhausted, or disconnected—you’re not alone.

Small steps matter. Rest counts. You matter.

What if we taught children that brave matters more than perfect?

Mackenzie unpacks the “Do It Bad” message — a gentle invitation for kids to try without fear and for parents to model self-compassion.

When we release perfection, we make space for resilience.
When we allow imperfection, we build connection.

If your child (or you) needs support in that journey, Mackenzie is here.
