Chronic Vitamin D deficiency.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been tested for my vitamin D level, put on super strong supplements which, in turn, gave me terrible stomach pain.

You know what I don’t miss ... at all? Having to suck in my cheeks when taking a picture. I used to have open wounds inside my cheeks because I would bite them, trying to make my face look skinnier 😭 I 💯 do not miss all of the insecurities that came along with an unhealthy body.
Please note: this is NOT a body shaming post. My body carried 4 heathy babies. But my mind was not in a good place. I used food like people used drugs ... to numb any physical or emotional pain I would feel.
I NEVER believed that simply changing the foods I put into my body would heal so much more than my gut. God used it to start healing my toxic relationship with food, to heal my mind of all the negative self-talk and dark depression.
Today in my stories, I’m answering misconceptions and common fears that hold people back from trying the most incredible Heath products I’ve ever tried. And I think I’ve just about tried them all!
Don’t hold yourself back from your potential. To heal, to grow, to share. Because YOU have a story to tell!

I wasn’t looking for another product to fall in “like” with. I simply said “yes” to a 9-day shred with no expectations. What I found was a community, friends, encouragement, less depression, more energy, weight loss, actually enjoying exercise ... and the opportunity to make this a ministry - all while earning extra money for our family!
Here we are, 80 days and 5 1/2 shreds later, a growing team/community and thriving!

Go Pack Go!
Since my father in law was a boy, he was a Packers fan. He always told us that it that was colors of their uniforms that made him a life long fan.
He passed on the love to his family and today we get to remember dad, while watching the Pack fight for a chance to go to the NFC Championship! 🏈
