Over the past year, I’ve walked through one of the most challenging seasons of my life — both personally and professionally — and I want to thank each of you for the patience, kindness, and loyalty you’ve shown along the way.

I’m excited to share a new chapter.

Kentucky Aesthetics & Wellness will be transitioning into a unified brand — River Cities Medspa — to offer all services previously provided by Kentucky Fast Care and KY Aesthetics & Wellness under one name.

I am currently licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia, and our new brand will focus on serving patients across these four surrounding states.

Business will remain as usual throughout this transition.
There will be no disruption to services, appointments, account credits, or gift card purchases. All services will continue to be honored as normal.

This transition allows me to fully focus on what I do best — providing personalized, ethical, and results-driven care — while expanding care across:

Important note - we will not be offering compounded GLP-1’s for weight loss. All prescriptions will be for Wegovy or Zepbound! This is a service that has a lot of gray area with unknown direction for the boards that we practice under. Until there is more clarity- we
