We are proud to be led by owners who truly understand the journey of the families we serve. Toni Mullins and Nikki Dalton-Powell bring a powerhouse of expertise and heart to our mission:

Toni Mullins (Owner): A nurse with deep expertise in human services management, Toni integrates medical wellness into our care model to ensure the highest standards of safety and support.

Nikki Powell (Owner): A former Behavior Support Specialist, Nikki uses her hands-on experience to lead with an empathy-first perspective that champions autonomy and true community inclusion.

Together, they share a singular vision: "Diagnosis to Death." 🕊️

This philosophy is our promise to support you through every stage of life. From the first diagnosis through every milestone of adulthood, Toni and Nikki have built an agency that stands as a permanent foundation of stability for Kentucky families.

Some people step up when it’s easy, others step up when it matters most.

We want to recognize Becky Lee Brandt-Vissing for her incredible compassion and dedication. During a recent situation, after a participant experienced a fall while out in the community, Becky stayed by their side for five hours unpaid to ensure they were not alone while being evaluated.

What began as a precaution after the fall led to unexpected and serious news following imaging. Through it all, Becky remained present, supportive, and attentive during a truly difficult and emotional day.

Becky, your selflessness and steady presence do not go unnoticed. We are so grateful to have you in this community. 💙

As a provider, you’ll act as a live-in mentor and behavioral coach, using proactive strategies like "front-loading" and "emotional literacy" to help an adult with disabilities thrive.

Moments like this are so meaningful! Being seen, included, and celebrated at the state level is what true community inclusion looks like. 💙

Your voice matters. Your presence matters. And this was a reminder of just how important it is to continue advocating, supporting, and uplifting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Big News for Kentucky Families! 🎊
We are beyond thrilled to announce that Community Inclusion has officially become the first agency in Kentucky to support the state’s brand-new Child Waiver!

At Community Inclusion, our mission has always been to break down barriers and create pathways for every individual to thrive. As the first approved agency for this waiver, we can now provide specialized, high-quality support to children and their families sooner and more effectively than ever before.

Leading the Way: We’re setting the standard for pediatric community support in the Commonwealth.
