Lazy Lotus Yoga

Lazy Lotus Yoga Lazy Lotus Yoga provides accessible yoga to adults and seniors in a supportive environment. Lazy Lotus classes are led by Kim Lemburg.

We support health through poses (asanas), breath work, and other modalities. Participants are encouraged to practice within their own comfort level. Kim has her Level 2 and Senior Yoga Certifications through YogaFit Worldwide. Lazy Lotus welcomes adult participants of all abilities and fitness levels. For children ages 12 and up, please message us for more information.
