Here at Firm Foundation, Dr. Kimberly Roach, DPT uses Total Motion Release (TMR) to gently treat Torticollis and muscle imbalances. Instead of stretching, TMR uses movements toward the direction of ease that help babies relax and gain range of motion faster. During sessions, parents are coached on simple home exercises, and progress is often seen in the very first visit. TMR helps prevent developmental delays, plagiocephaly (misshapen cranium), and inhibited functional skills.
