Congress is quietly trying to sneak h**p prohibition into the new budget bill — a move that would effectively recriminalize h**p and destroy thousands of small businesses, farmers, and jobs nationwide.

This hidden amendment, backed by Senator Mitch McConnell, would undo everything the 2018 Farm Bill built. But there’s still hope — Senator Rand Paul has introduced an amendment to strike this harmful language.
