Galaxy, Timber, and Adare were all very thankful for their sessions today with many yawns. As the weather gets colder and colder as the days go on their body’s take a bit of the brunt of it. But also, these guys are working on different goals and learning how to properly carry themselves.

Galaxy (grey mare) started her session with very big feelings. She is working on some herd boundness so she was a tad concerned that her friends were outside and she was in the barn. She was also quite expressive when it came to telling me where her areas of tightness and discomfort were. We worked slowly, allowed ample time to process, and she ended up a totally different mare at the end of our session, both mentally and physically. Listening goes a long way!

Timber and Adare are such gentleman when it comes to their sessions. They sink into it so quickly the moment I lay my hands on them. These boys stay relatively consistent in their areas of tightness and restrictions in motion so we keep them on a consistent schedule to receive body work to keep them feeling their best.

We are 1 week away from November… how the heck did that happen? With that being said, the holidays are right around the corner. So, two things…

1. I am opening up my schedule for holiday get aways or horse sitting coverage. For Thanksgiving and for Christmas I am around and more than happy to care for your animals if you need it! I am wide open for both November and December if you need coverage any other time during those two months

Please reach out for rates and availability for those.

2. For equine body work sessions, I’d really like to reach a goal of 20 clients by the end of the year… I am just 4 horses away from that goal. Let’s work together and get your horses feeling better. Sessions are $80 with a travel fee. Relatively open for these as well.

A new face today. Mr. Davinci thoroughly enjoyed his session today with many big releases and super soft eyes. This boy gave me a run for my money though his poor body has suffered a bit from some hoof issues. His traps, lower back, and glutes were incredibly tight and sensitive. So we took our time, worked through all the knots, and ended with soft and muscles that come back into my hand. Saw some improvement in his gait as well once we finished.

Winter is on the way… and with that means cooler weather and some tight muscles. I know mine are feeling it, so I can imagine your horse is feeling it as well.

I am looking to add a few more people to the books before this year ends. Let’s work together to get your horse moving more freely. They can feel just as good throughout the winter as they do in the summer and in peak work season.

This boy and his momma are working soooo hard to develop weight and muscling. Beau has progressed in the most positive way in just the short 3 months that I’ve been seeing him on a regular basis. His muscular development is getting more prominent, he has put on some weight which is filling him out and giving him some support, and his flexibility and balance overall has drastically improved.

Met some new faces today at Horses With Hope Equine Rescue. Smokey and Galaxy were as sweet as they come. Had a new client this morning!

Timber and Adare had their sessions this morning. These two boys are intriguing, similar builds, similar movement issues, and similar restrictions within their muscles that are causing those movement issues. It’s interesting to me just how much muscle tightness can affect the rest of the body, and it’s very apparent in these boys.
