You'll have the opportunity to connect with other mommies while building a community of support. You will also have the oppotunity to develop a foundation for your pratice of self-care and self-reflecting for healing.

We are incredibly excited to announce our partnership with Rose Family Creative Empowerment Center and I Care Maternity Home for the launch of HEALING MOTHERHOOD, a comprehensive 16-week program specifically designed to promote self-care and trauma healing for pregnant women or those within two years post-partum. This transformative program offers a supportive community and tailored coaching to help participants overcome challenges and thrive in their roles as mothers.

Please share this information with the mothers and mothers to be that you know. The goal is to help them build community and a plan to combat mental health issues that are commonly associated with pregnancy.
