Warning to all of those with Aetna Health Insurance. Aetna is processing and approving claims for licensed Physician Assistants
(PAs) and applying the Specialist Physician higher Co-payment instead of applying the lower Primary Care Physician (P*P) co-payment.

Please check your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for copays and if you find that you have been charged a Specialist Physician copay after seeing and being treated by a Physician Assistant, please file a grievance with Aetna and immediately file a formal complaint with your State's Health Insurance regulatory body. Don't wait for Aetna's response as your medical provider/facility will be attempting to collect monies not legally owed to them based upon Aetna's current illegal claims processing policy.

The end result could be your account being sent to collections based upon the unethical behavior of the insurance company and the healthcare provider/facility.

Was shocked to learn by watching Kolo 8 news at 5 pm that 15 individuals from Carson City, Douglas and Lyon Counties were released from the Grand Princess yesterday after not showing signs of coronavirus.

What happened to the 14 day mandatory quarantine in a government facility?

How did these people get home?

How many others have they exposed in their way home?

Will they really self quarantine?

Who is actually monitoring their health condition and to what extent?

All I can say right now is WTF!

Watched the impeachment proceedings this morning. What a waste of tax payer money. The president of the Ukraine is a state figure head only just like the Queen of England. A fact that is being ignored by both parties.

A state figure head cannot make government policy or take any action.

Not sure that I agree with the changing of HVAC filters once a month. Minimum at least twice a year with fall back and spring forward time change. Maybe every three months if you have severe allergies and don't by the more expensive micro-allergen air filters.

Used to be that Wealth Accumulation ranked closely with Individual Stability/Security, and that Individual Stability/Security ranked higher than 43%, but not anymore due to large banks manipulating homeownership for their own profits. Remember before the crash of 2008, when your dog could get a $750,000 negative amortized mortgage with no income verification and wasn't explained the consequences of negative amortization. And then remember when the families that lived with those dogs were devasted by those same banks that made those liar loans, and the dog ended up in the animal shelters because the new owners (investors) who aquired the dog's foreclosed property wouldn't allow pets.

California on fire again. PG&E shutting off power after the fires have already been started. I can understand shutting off power to areas that are ablaze and ones that are under mandatory evacuation orders.

But shutting off power to other areas doesn't make sense to me unless there's a bigger safety issue that PG&E hasn't owned up to yet.

Have they been hiding or falsifying information on power grid safety reports like they did with the gas lines in San Bruno?

California has experienced severe droughts, followed by severe winds during the "fire season" over my lifetime, but it's only been the last few years that these fires have grown to the magnitude of what we are witnessing today where entire neighborhoods and communities
are destroyed in a short amount of time.

Global warming and climate change could be to blame. But more likely the culprit is an old power grid, with deteriorating lines and failing equipment with the end result being public safety jeopardized for corporate profit.

Add forestry mismanagement due to budget cuts at both the federal and state levels and you have a recipe for a giant fireball.

Just another example of big business and the government lying about what's really happening.

Watched the Democratic Debate the other night and am 100% concerned with the ages of the top 3 candidates. Why is there a minimum age limit for presidential candidates to meet, but not a maximum?

The general population has a retirement age of 65 to 67 depending upon your birth year and are basically forced out of private sector jobs because of their age.

Government employees can retire at age 50 from one Dept. And then go back later into another and double dip.

This all seems wrong to me while I sit on the private sector side of the fence.

Social Security COLA increase for 2020 might pay one doctor's visit copay per month or almost one day's worth of hospital stay copayment, if you have a good Medicare Advantage Plan. What a freaking joke!

Social Security benefits will increase 1.6 percent in 2020, boosting the average benefit for a single person $288 per year to $1,503 starting January.

Even though I'm no longer practicing real estate in California, my CAR membership doesn't expire until the end of the year. Anyway, this is all good information to share. There is no perfect home. Doesn't matter if it's new construction or 50 years old or more, there's bound to be a problem somewhere.

Broke a molar this morning. I thought the filling was falling out, but it's still intact. Of course this was one of the anchor teeth for my braces when I was a kid and the second one to break apart like this.

Looks like another root canal and crown are in my future.

Already had the 4 top front teeth capped because of stress fractures caused by the old fashioned braces and head gear.

Hope the new technology is better and doesn't end up like this.

Think I could have paid for at least one luxury car fixing all the residual damage caused by braces.

Been reading about PG&E shutting off power due to high winds. It's not just PG&E, but NV Energy has been threatening as well.

I don't know if this is related to a National, State or local safety ordinance or just a way for these companies to protect themselves financially.

Or it could be a way to manipulate various government entities.

Could we be having another "Too Big to Fail" incident?
