Welcome to Naturiffic,

Thank you for coming by my page. I'd like to tell you how Naturiffic all came to be. I had always had a love of teas, and relaxing baths, and I unfortunately had some major health issues in my past. Lots of stomach problems, being diagnosed with everything from Crohn's to IBS, a leaky gut and to a pancreas that doesn't process. I was at my wits end.. The only thing that made me feel any better was ginger tea, that and a bath, because the stomach cramps were so intense. Well after many doctor trips and hospital stays, I started researching and I learned that certain pure essentail oils rubbed on my feet and belly could help with the cramps. With that I found myself making a cup of teas, and taking a bath, mixing my own salts and oils and relaxing for 20-30 minutes. Then I would rub the oils on the soles of my feet and tummy, Wow, actual relief... When I was lucky my hubby would rub some of the extra oils on my shoulders.. I actually would relax and the cramps would seem not so intense and I could sleep. Since then I have researched and experimented with many essential oils and bath sea salts. I have come up with 5 blends that worked for myself and my family. They help everything from "Achy Bones", to "Sniffles" , with having "Sweet Dreams". A "Tummy Tamer" ( my favorite) and " A Girl Friend's " tea a blend that helps during PMS that even has cocoa nips in it. This business happened out of a passion for loving teas, and desperately wanting to feel good. I learned when I did these 3 simple steps, I felt better. I am not making any health promises or cures. All I am saying is there is something soothing in a cup of hot tea, a warm bath and a massage, it can take about any situation and make it a little better.
