Be sure you read your Annual Notice of change letter. You have 13 more business days to make changes to your prescription drug plan or your health plan for 2026.

If you are in CA, UHC Advantage plans and Sutter health will not “partner” together. In other words, if you have a UHC Advantage plan you cannot see Sutter physicians.

There are no PPO plans in El Dorado county for 2026, unless you are dual eligible.

Hi! Let’s try this again, if you are on Medicare and you have a Medigap Medicare Supplement policy letter plan A-N, and have a separate prescription plan, YOUR PLAN NEEDS TO BE CHECKED for next year. I cannot explain. It doesn’t make sense but just because you spend more for your plan doesn’t mean better coverage. ALSO, plan premiums formularies and copays change ANNUALLY. You need to check your plan. If you need help, I’ve got a slide presentation I can send you FOR FREE with each step to take to check your plan on Medicare.gov.

Please if you don’t do anything else, READ YOUR ANNUAL NOTICE OF CHANGE LETTER that should arrive between now and October 10. Expect BIG changes in premiums for Part D and significant changes in Advantage plans.

Learn how to check your Part D plan to see if it is the best for you for next year. Not all plans are created equal. Just because you spend $150/months for your plan does not mean you will pay less for your medications. 916-458-1905

Annual Enrollment is coming up FAST 💨. Not all Part D plans are created equal. I will be happy to compare plans for you prior to Oct with 2025 plans to allow you to see, you can pay more money for a plan but that does not guarantee better coverage. In fact, you could still spend more for your meds. Call me or go to Medicare.gov and find out for yourself.

Did you know if you have a Medigap/Medicare Supplement A-N plan and live in a birthday rule state, every year in your birthday month you can compare other plans and check rates. If there is a lower rate you may move with Guarantee Acceptance regardless of health conditions. We have saved clients HUNDREDS of dollars each year.

This NO change in medical coverage! The same plan. When you purchase a Medigap plan you are simply buying the reputation, customer service and rate stability. Coverage is standardized by the government. F for F, G for G, N for N. Same plan.

Some carriers give some perks like gym or vision, so this is important to consider but medical coverage is identical. It is STILL worth checking rates and deciding for yourself what you want to do.
