Happy Memorial Day. On May 24 at a Veterans stand down in Roseville I was able to donate chiropractic treatments to 29 grateful and deserving vets. Dental, vision and hearing services were available also. It was fun and a privilege.

The Wobblies
Vertigo, dizziness, and other balance issues. Here's a solution without drugs. First thing in the morning sit on the edge of your bed with your feet planted squarely in front of you. Now change your focus to your head. BALANCE your head and ears over your shoulders (your chin is level). Next tip your head forward 1/2 inch, return your head to the starting position ("neutral"), now tip your head backwar 1/2 inch. Back to neutral and now tip your left ear 1/2 inch toward your left shoulder. Back to neutral. Tip your right ear toward your right shoulder. Back to neutral. Breathe and arise and start your day. You now have your head on straight.

My mantra in diagnosing a patient in pain or discomfort is "BONE--MUSCLE--NERVE" --all three of these tissues must be cared for.
HOW? five ways 1. Chiropractic, 2. Physical therapy,including massage,3. Nutrition -calcium-magnesium in addition to a multi-vitamin-mineral, 4.Exercise (not gym,but movement and stretching), and 5. Sleeping arrangements where we spend 1/3 of our lives.
Do these 5 things and you can control your pain and discomfort.

New guidelines for low back pain are drug-free, include manipulations (chiropractic), exercise, yoga. The American College of Physicians revised protocols for treating back that are druf-free. Chiropractors have always said No to drugs.
