"Our mission is to help individuals develop mindfulness and focus through guided meditation, promoting connection, emotional balance, and well-being by emphasizing heart rate stabilization, breath control and a sense of wholeness." Clarissa Womack, Founder and Executive Director of Balance Thru Wellness Inc. 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization understands how stress and anxiety affects individuals because she has personal experience living with the condition. Clarissa is Certified In Mindfulness and has completed Courses in Su***de Prevention. Therefore, she understands the ramifications of pressuring individuals to take advantage of her services through cold calling and other solicitation methods. We recognize that stress and anxiety can produce both physical and psychological symptoms, in addition, people experience stress and anxiety differently. Anyone from youth to senior citizen who needs to learn to be in the present is welcome to take advantage of our offered services. Balance Thru Wellness Inc guides individuals on how to be present with oneself by learning to focus on their breathing, which is extremely rewarding.
