I have been working on my Elixirs for some time now, and have always been frustrated about throwing the leftover Pulp away. Then I came up with the idea to dry the pulp and reuse it in different ways. The pulp from The Calm Spice Elixirs have now been made into a fantastic spice blend that I have used to make some delicious spice cupcake. Limited quantities of the spice bags are available.

Your health and well-being is very important to me, not only by providing you with the highest quality Elixirs but also by ensuring safety and cleanliness. Before any product beings the work space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with a bleach solution, all the equipment and jars new or used are dishwasher cleaned at a higher temperature. Also the lids are never reused. Gloves and hair cap are a absolute must.

One of my favorite go-to recipes for a delicious anytime is a Turkey Meatloaf muffin from Jamie Eason on Bodybuilding.com. Its quick, easy and oh so delicious
Ingredients :
2 lb ground 99% fat-free turkey breast
3 large egg whites
1 cup rolled oats
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp, leaves thyme
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp, ground black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup onion, finely chopped
2 whole stalk celery, finely diced
Directions:
Prep: 15 min.
Cook: 40 min.
Total: 55 min.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with canola or olive oil.
Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl.
Roll the mixture into balls and place in muffin pan. Muffins should be about the size of a racquetball.
Bake for 40 minutes.

One of the more noticeable changes I have experienced since I stated drinking the Immune Boosting Elixir's every morning is that my need for coffee to wake me up is pretty much gone. I hardly ever drink coffee any longer but have a lot more energy and clear mind.
