As I continue to grow and heal my heart, I am feeling safer & open to learning the beauty of holding love secret within my heart -

๐Ÿค for my healing and lonely parts.
๐Ÿค for those who have hurt me.
๐Ÿค for those who Iโ€™ve loved but lost.
๐Ÿค for those who I secretly love but shall never have.

All such Love is the expansion that causes the heart to grow beyond the capacity it previously thought to be itโ€™s limit.

The more perplexing the equation, the greater it can grow our hearts ๐Ÿค.

Within such perplexing mysteries of Love, we may discover such deep mysteries of the Divine that cause us to understand how it is possible to love in so many ways and never grow wary of discovering how much more we can loveโ€ฆ even when it is unreciprocated or even kept secret within our own hearts. All such love can draw us nearer to the Divine, the mystical and infinite.

Gratitude. Why does something so simple sometimes feel so hard to practice? There are times when I truly deeply experience gratitude, and times when I am fully reflecting on how I can return to it.

If youโ€™re struggling with Gratitude itโ€™s ok, youโ€™re not alone. Here is one simple exercise that helps me begin to connect to a state of being that can welcome gratitude in โ€”โ€”->

Find a place in your body that feels soft and open. Breathe into it and feel yourself relaxing more and more into and outward from that place. Notice how you feel, and see if a sense of gratefulness for the nourishment of your breath, attention and softening arises. As your nervous system calms more and more, expand your attention to some of the goodness in your life to encompass more of you and your life.

Connecting to the soft and open places within you represents the Feminine. The entrance of Gratitude into your receptive heart represents the Masculine. By finding feminine softness, you allow masculine appreciation to come in and forth.

โœจ Incorporating warm, moist foods and drinks into my diet such as Soups & Teas

โœจTaking hot baths with Calming & Immune Boosting Oils such as Lavender & Lemon

โœจPracticing Yoga mindfully to support me when I need a gentler practice, or energizing me when I need a boost!

During the Winter months it can be easy to stay indoors most of the time. Make time to go outside and connect with nature!
