Resilient Spine Helping moms get to the root cause of their low back and hip pain and solving their problem for good

Shoulder bothering you every time you grab your purse? 👜

That’s not “just getting older” and it’s not something to ignore.

Most of the time, the shoulder is overworking because the support system around it isn’t doing its job.

Fix the support → the shoulder calms down.

If this keeps showing up, it’s worth addressing the root cause.

If standing up hurts, it’s not something you should ignore or “push through.”

For a lot of moms, hip pain shows up after sitting too long, getting out of the car, or trying to walk or run and no amount of stretching seems to fix it.

That’s because hip pain doesn’t keep coming back by accident.

This one-hour Hip Workshop is for moms who are tired of guessing, avoiding movements, or being told to just rest or stretch more.

Inside the workshop, we’ll break down:

• Why hip pain keeps returning

• What’s actually stressing your hips

• What needs to change so movement feels easier again

If it were that easy, your pain would already be gone.

And that’s the frustrating part you’ve tried the stretches, the rest, and the quick fixes. 😣

Chronic low back pain isn’t a single problem.

It’s a layered issue built over time from compensation, missing support, and movement patterns your body relied on to get through the day.

Stretching might feel good for a moment, but it won’t change why your back keeps flaring up.

What you really want is relief that lasts not temporary quiet.

That means addressing the system behind the pain, not chasing one magic move. ✨

Real talk 👇

Pain is not a reason to quit the gym.

When something starts to ache, the worst thing you can do is stop moving completely.

Resting until you’re “ready” usually leaves you weaker and still in pain. 😣

Instead of quitting:

👉 Talk to your trainer

👉 Ask for modifications

👉 Keep moving in a way your body can tolerate

Guided movement beats rest and avoidance every time. ✨

Are your hamstrings always tight?

It might not be a hamstring problem.

When your core isn’t supporting you and your pelvis lives tipped forward, your hamstrings stay on stretch all day long so stretching them more won’t fix the issue.

Better alignment.

Better breathing.

Better support.

Stack your ribs over your pelvis and let your hamstrings finally relax.

Stop stretching what’s already overworked.

Why back pain and leaking show up together

Most people treat back pain and leaking as two separate problems.

Your body doesn’t work that way.

When your core, breath, and pelvic floor aren’t coordinating, pressure has to go somewhere and it often shows up as back pain, leaking, or both.

In this episode, we break down:

• Why these symptoms are connected

• What’s really happening under the surface

• How to start addressing the root cause

If either (or both) sound familiar, this episode is for you.

3 things you can do for your pain without stepping foot into my office 👇

Pain can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s been around for a while.

But healing isn’t only about treatments it’s about how supported your body feels day to day.

1. Manage your stress.

Pain isn’t just physical. Chronic stress keeps your body stuck in survival mode, which makes recovery harder.

2. Improve your sleep.

If you can’t get more hours, focus on better quality. Less screen time. More intentional wind-down.

Your body repairs when you sleep.

3. Strength train.

At any age or stage of life, strength builds resilience.

Progressive load tells your body it’s safe, capable, and strong. 💪

Do these consistently and you’ll start to feel real change.

Pain doesn’t just need treatment it needs support. ✨

3 red flags to watch for when you go to PT for low back pain 🚩

Your back still hurts, even though you’re “doing everything right.”

That’s frustrating and it’s often not because you’re not trying hard enough.

One red flag?

The assessment only looks at your back, instead of how your hips, core, and breathing support it.

Another?

Everyone is given the same cookie-cutter program, even though no two bodies or pain stories are the same.

And the biggest one:

Your plan doesn’t match your real goals, like lifting, playing with your kids, or moving without fear.

Low back pain is complex.

If the care isn’t individualized, the results rarely last.

If you’re noticing these red flags, it might be time to ask better questions and demand better care.

Pain is the last thing to show up and the first thing to leave. ⚠️That tightness in your low back didn’t come out of now...

Pain is the last thing to show up and the first thing to leave. ⚠️

That tightness in your low back didn’t come out of nowhere.

It’s a signal your body has been sending long before pain fully shows up.

When support is missing, your body tightens to protect itself.

Stretching or waiting it out might quiet the signal for a moment but it doesn’t address what your body is actually asking for.

What you really want is to stop pain before it takes over.

That starts with listening to the early warning signs and fixing the root cause. ✨
