I view massage as an important component of a healthy lifestyle. I love what I do because everyday I get to see the positive results my clients experience from receiving massage. Whether you need a relaxing massage to alleviate the stress of the day, need attention to the aches and pains and muscle tension of hours in front of a computer, deeper work because you've become an avid work out warrior, or you just simply want to treat yourself, massage will provide the relief. Whether I'm seeing a client for a session or am out in the community, not a day goes by without awareness of the important need for bodywork. I'm a 31 year resident of the Sacramento area and I love my community.My healthy lifestyle includes cycling, running and working out, to name a few. I'm actively involved in community events that promote good health and volunteer locally on a regular basis.

Often when making home visits, I'm under the watchful eye of furry ones, even feathered ones, and who knows, maybe even scaly ones, lol! They hold protective space for their human loved one receiving bodywork. You'll find them in various places-underneath the massage table, by the side, at the foot and sometimes nearby with a better vantage point to keep an eye on things. 😊🐶😊
